
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt & pepper.
- Heat oil; sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side. Remove.
- Add butter + garlic to the pan; cook 30 seconds.
- Pour in broth + cream + Italian seasoning.
- Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
- Return chicken to the pan; cook 5 minutes until fully done.
- Add parmesan if using.
- Serve with rice, pasta, or potatoes.
