Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt & pepper.
  2. Heat oil; sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side. Remove.
  3. Add butter + garlic to the pan; cook 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in broth + cream + Italian seasoning.
  5. Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
  6. Return chicken to the pan; cook 5 minutes until fully done.
  7. Add parmesan if using.
  8. Serve with rice, pasta, or potatoes.
