
🍳 Instructions:
- Cook sausage & onions:
In a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and crumbled. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened (about 5–6 minutes). Drain excess grease if needed. - Add sauces & seasoning:
Pour in the Rao’s Alfredo and Marinara sauces. Stir to combine into a creamy tomato base. Add Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper to taste. - Add tortellini:
Gently stir in the refrigerated cheese tortellini. Cover and let simmer for about 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tortellini is tender and heated through. - Top with cheese:
Sprinkle mozzarella (and Parmesan if using) evenly over the dish. Cover and cook another 2–3 minutes, or broil for 2 minutes to melt and lightly brown the cheese. - Garnish & serve:
Top with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy the creamy, cheesy goodness!
