- Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until soft and golden.

- Stir in garlic, tomato, and green pepper.
- Season with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds.
- Add a little water or broth, then cover and simmer on low heat for 1–1.5 hours (until meat is tender). Add more liquid if needed.
- Cook until the sauce is thick and rich.
