- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 250 ml milk (lukewarm)
- 7 g dry yeast (or 20 g fresh yeast)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- Oil for deep frying
Classic toppings:
- 2–3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 100 ml sour cream
- 150 g grated cheese

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
- Activate yeast:
Mix yeast with lukewarm milk and sugar. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Make the dough:
In a bowl, combine flour and salt. - Add yeast mixture and oil, then knead into a soft dough.
- Let it rise:
Cover and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Shape:
Divide dough into portions. - Stretch each piece by hand into a round (thin center, slightly thicker edges).
- Fry:
Heat oil in a deep pan. - Fry each piece for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
