🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Hungarian sweet paprika
  • 1–2 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
  • 200 ml milk or light cream
  • 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

  1. Sauté base:
    Heat oil or butter in a pot and cook onion until soft.
  2. Add grated squash and cook for 10–15 minutes until softened.
