
🧾 Ingredients:
- 2 medium summer squash or zucchini (grated or thinly sliced)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp oil or butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp Hungarian sweet paprika
- 1–2 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- 200 ml milk or light cream
- 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)

👩🍳 Instructions:
- Sauté base:
Heat oil or butter in a pot and cook onion until soft. - Add grated squash and cook for 10–15 minutes until softened.
- Season:
Add dill, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar if desired.
- Make it creamy:
Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well. - Add paprika, then pour in milk or cream while stirring.
- Simmer:
Cook gently for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Finish:
Add vinegar or lemon juice to balance flavors.
