🧾 Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 ml oil or melted butter
  • 200 ml milk or yogurt
  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet baking powder (10 g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 300–400 g sour cherries (pitted, fresh or canned)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prepare batter:
    Beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add oil (or butter), milk (or yogurt), and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.
