- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk flour, eggs, milk, sparkling water, salt, sugar, and oil until smooth.
- Let batter rest 15–20 minutes.
- Heat a lightly greased nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Pour a small ladle of batter into pan and swirl to coat thinly.
- Cook about 1 minute per side until lightly golden.
- Stack cooked pancakes on a plate.
- Spread with filling, roll or fold, and dust with powdered sugar.
