👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Sauté base:
    In a pot, melt butter and cook onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook briefly.

  1. Cook mushrooms:
    Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and soften.

  1. Add paprika & flour:
    Remove from heat, stir in paprika, then add flour and mix well.

  1. Add liquid:
    Slowly pour in broth while stirring to avoid lumps.
  2. Add thyme and bring to a gentle simmer.

  1. Simmer:
    Cook for 15–20 minutes until slightly thickened.

  1. Finish creamy:
    Stir in sour cream and milk (if using).
  2. Add soy sauce and lemon juice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
