👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and sparkling water together.
  2. Add flour, salt, and sugar, then mix until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Stir in the oil and let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour a small amount of batter and swirl the pan to form a thin layer.
  6. Cook for 1–2 minutes, flip, and cook the other side briefly.
  7. Repeat until all batter is used.
