👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add butter, egg yolks, and milk. Knead into dough. Chill 1 hour.
  3. Cook walnut filling ingredients until thick; cool.
  4. Cook poppy seed filling ingredients until thick; cool.
  5. Divide dough into 2 parts and roll into rectangles.
  6. Spread fillings and roll tightly.
  7. Place on baking tray and brush with egg yolk.
  8. Bake at 180°C for 30–40 minutes until golden.
