- Prepare apples:
Peel and core the apples, then slice into rings or thick slices.
- Make the batter:
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt. - Gradually add flour and mix until you get a smooth, slightly thick batter.
- Heat oil:
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry:
Dip each apple slice into the batter, making sure it is well coated. - Carefully place into hot oil and fry for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
