👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk with a little sugar.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, salt, egg yolks, butter, vanilla, and yeast mixture.
  3. Knead into a soft dough. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
  4. Roll dough to about 1.5 cm thick and cut circles.
  5. Let rise again for 20–30 minutes.
  6. Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
  7. Drain and dust with powdered sugar.
