
Instructions
- Mix flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar. Cut in butter, add egg, knead into dough. Divide into 3 parts.
- Roll out and bake first two parts at 180°C for 10–12 min.
- Mix walnuts, sugar, vanilla for filling.
- Assemble: layer 1 + half jam, layer 2 + walnut mixture + rest of jam, layer 3 on top.
- Melt chocolate with butter, pour over top.
- Chill, then slice and serve.
