🛒 Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- 12 large scallops (patted very dry)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- Chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped
👩🍳 Instructions
- Season lobster with salt, pepper, paprika.
- Sear scallops: Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter on medium-high. Sear scallops 2–3 min per side until golden. Remove.
- Garlic butter: Lower heat, add remaining butter + garlic. Cook 30 seconds (don’t brown).
- Cook lobster: Add lobster tails, flesh-side down first, 3–4 min per side until opaque.
- Finish: Return scallops, add lemon juice & chili flakes. Spoon garlic butter over everything.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
