- Heat lard in a pot and cook onions until soft and golden.
- Add garlic, remove from heat, and stir in paprika.
- Add beef and mix well.
- Cook until meat starts to brown.
- Add tomato, pepper, salt, black pepper, and caraway seeds.
- Pour in a little water (not fully covering the meat).
- Cover and simmer on low for 1.5–2 hours until tender.
- Stir occasionally and let the sauce thicken naturally.
