Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake 🍋🧀

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow or white cake mix (15.25 oz / 432 g)
  • 1 can (21 oz / 595 g) lemon pie filling or lemon curd
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
  • ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, sliced
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven:
    350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer ingredients:
    Spread the lemon pie filling evenly in the baking dish.
    Dot with cubes of cream cheese.
    Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top.
    Place slices of butter evenly over the cake mix.
  3. Bake:
    Bake 40–45 minutes until top is golden and bubbly.
  4. Cool and serve:
    Let cool at least 15 minutes before slicing.
    Optionally dust with powdered sugar before serving.
