1. Cook pasta (7–8 min)
Boil salted water.
Cook pasta until almost done.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
2. Make sauce (2–3 min)
While pasta cooks, heat a pan with butter.
Add garlic, cook 30 seconds.
Add chicken, cream, and cheese.
Stir until melted and creamy.
Season with salt, pepper, chili flakes.
3. Combine
Add cooked pasta to the pan.
Pour in a splash of pasta water to loosen, if needed.
Stir until silky and cheesy.
4. Finish (optional)
Top with extra cheese, parsley, or lemon zest.
Serve immediately.
