
Instructions
Marinate the Steak & Shrimp:
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Add the sliced steak and shrimp, tossing to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the Noodles:
Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
Sauté the Steak & Shrimp:
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add the steak and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook the shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Vegetables (if using):
Add another tbsp of oil to the pan. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and carrots for 2-3 minutes.
Combine Everything:
Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the pan. Toss to combine.
Return the steak and shrimp to the pan, stirring until well coated.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
