Steak Bites with Garlic Butter

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Steak
    • Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels (this helps them sear better).
    • Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the Steak
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
    • Add the steak bites in a single layer — don’t overcrowd the pan.
    • Cook for 2 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
    • Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter
    • Reduce heat to medium.
    • Add butter and minced garlic to the same pan; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
    • Stir in Worcestershire sauce (if using).
  4. Combine and Serve
    • Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
    • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately!
