
Instructions:
- Prep the Steak
- Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels (this helps them sear better).
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Steak
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add the steak bites in a single layer — don’t overcrowd the pan.
- Cook for 2 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Butter
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the same pan; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce (if using).
- Combine and Serve
- Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately!
