
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Marinate the beef:
Mix sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Let sit for 15–20 minutes while prepping other ingredients. - Prepare the sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and beef broth. - Sear the beef:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a hot skillet or wok. Add beef in a single layer, cook undisturbed for 1–2 minutes, then stir-fry until browned but not overcooked. Remove and set aside. - Sauté veggies:
In the same pan, add remaining oil. Sauté onions and bell peppers for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds. - Combine & simmer:
Return beef to the pan. Pour in the sauce and stir well to coat. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is sizzling.
🍚 Serve With:
- Steamed white rice or fried rice
- Optional garnish: sesame seeds or sliced green onions
