Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine), cooked al dente
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning; simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, and Alfredo sauce.
  6. Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  7. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
