Parmesan Baked Potatoes

🥄 Instructions:

  1. Prep the oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Make the cheesy base
In a small bowl, mix the Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Spread this evenly over the bottom of your baking dish.
  3. Butter those potatoes
Brush the cut side of each potato half with melted butter. Then press them cut-side down into the Parmesan mixture.
  4. Bake
Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese underneath is crispy and golden.
  5. Cool and serve
Let them rest for 5 minutes before removing — use a thin spatula to gently lift them so the crust stays intact. Garnish with chopped parsley if you like.

💡 Tips:

  • Want a flavor boost? Add some onion powder, a pinch of chili flakes, or a sprinkle of Italian seasoning to the cheese mix.
  • Serve with a side of sour cream, ranch, or herbed yogurt dip.
  • Great for brunch, as a side dish, or even a game-day snack tray.

Would you like a version with baby potatoes and garlic butter drizzle too?
