2. Cook the Palacsinta:

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
  • Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan. Swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
  • Cook for about 1–2 minutes per side, until golden.
  • Flip with a spatula and cook the other side briefly.

3. Fill and Serve:

  • Spread with your favorite filling:
    • Apricot jam 🍑
    • Nutella 🍫
    • Sweetened cottage cheese or ricotta
    • Ground walnuts with sugar and a splash of milk
  • Roll or fold and dust with powdered sugar.
