🥣 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef
- In a large skillet or pot over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter.
- Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
2️⃣ Cook the Pasta
- Add pasta to the pot along with beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook until pasta is almost tender (stir occasionally, about 8–10 minutes).
3️⃣ Make it Creamy
- Add remaining butter and heavy cream to the pot.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4️⃣ Serve
- Garnish with chopped parsley or red pepper flakes.
- Serve immediately with extra Parmesan on top if desired.
💡 Tips
- Use pasta shapes that hold sauce well, like penne or fusilli.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine when cooking onions and garlic.
- Leftovers reheat well — add a splash of milk or cream to loosen sauce.
- You can add vegetables like spinach, peas, or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
