
One-Pan Cheesy Beef 🧀🥩
Quick, comforting, and made in just one pan—perfect for busy weeknights when you want something hearty and satisfying.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice or potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup beef broth
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Optional: parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Beef
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat. - Add Aromatics
Stir in onion and garlic; cook until softened. - Combine
Add cooked rice or potatoes, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. - Add Cheese
Sprinkle cheese over the top, cover, and cook until melted. - Serve
Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve hot.
