🥣 Instructions

1. Make the crust

  1. Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix with melted butter.
  3. Press firmly into a small tray or glass dish.
  4. Chill in the fridge while preparing the cream.

2. Make the pineapple cream

  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add condensed milk and vanilla — mix.
