
🍝 Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta
- Boil spaghetti according to package directions until just al dente.
- Drain and toss with a drizzle of butter to prevent sticking.
- Prepare the Meat Sauce
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in the spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- Mix the Creamy Layer
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
- Assemble the Casserole
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer half of the spaghetti on the bottom.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over it.
- Add the remaining spaghetti on top.
- Pour the meat sauce evenly over everything.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
