
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning, Rotel, and corn. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the beef mixture, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheese.
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread half the crushed Doritos on the bottom.
- Add the beef mixture over the chips.
- Top with the remaining Doritos and then sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with your favorite toppings!
