Meat Stuffed Pancakes (Hungarian Style)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, eggs, milk, oil, and salt to make a thin pancake batter.
  2. Cook thin pancakes in a lightly oiled pan and set aside.
  3. In a skillet heat oil, cook onion until soft, then add ground meat.
  4. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until done.
  5. Stir in sour cream and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  6. Place filling in each pancake and roll or fold.
  7. Arrange in a baking dish, top with sour cream sauce.
  8. Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 15–20 minutes and serve warm.
