Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Pancakes

  1. Whisk flour, milk, eggs, salt, and oil until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled pan.
  3. Pour a thin layer of batter and cook until lightly golden on both sides.
  4. Set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Meat Filling

  1. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  3. Add ground meat, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
