Ingredients

Steak:

  • 2 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or filet)
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Optional: 1/4 cup parmesan

Instructions

1. Cook the steak

  1. Pat steaks dry; season with salt & pepper.
  2. Heat oil in pan; sear steaks 2–4 min per side (to desired doneness).

  4. Remove and rest.
