
Ingredients
- 300 g pasta (wide noodles)
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp butter or oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- apricot jam
- powdered sugar
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water, then drain.
- In a pan melt butter and toast the breadcrumbs until golden.
- Add sugar and cinnamon, mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix with the sweet breadcrumbs.
- Serve with apricot jam on top and sprinkle powdered sugar.
