
Instructions
- Boil cabbage leaves 2–3 minutes until soft.
- Mix ground pork, rice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp paprika.
- Place filling on cabbage leaves and roll them.
- Heat oil in a pot and add remaining paprika.
- Place cabbage rolls in the pot.
- Add tomato sauce and water or broth.
- Simmer 60–90 minutes on low heat.
- Serve hot with sour cream on top.
