Hungarian Stuffed Cabbage (Töltött Káposzta) Recipe

Instructions

  1. Boil cabbage leaves 2–3 minutes until soft.
  2. Mix ground pork, rice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp paprika.
  3. Place filling on cabbage leaves and roll them.
  4. Heat oil in a pot and add remaining paprika.
  5. Place cabbage rolls in the pot.
  6. Add tomato sauce and water or broth.
  7. Simmer 60–90 minutes on low heat.
  8. Serve hot with sour cream on top.
