  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or deep baking dish.
  2. Mix ground walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into small balls (about 1-inch in size).
  4. Dip each ball in melted butter, then roll in the walnut-sugar mixture.
  5. Place them in the prepared pan, layering as needed.
  6. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.

3️⃣ Bake:

  1. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  2. Let cool for 10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a plate.

4️⃣ Make the Vanilla Sauce (Optional):

  1. Heat milk and sugar in a saucepan until warm.
  2. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks with cornstarch and vanilla.
  3. Slowly add some warm milk to the egg mixture, whisking continuously.
  4. Return everything to the pot and cook until thickened.
