Hungarian pancakes – Palacsinta


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sparkling water, sugar (if using), and salt.
  2. Gradually add flour while whisking to get a smooth, thin batter.
  3. Stir in oil or melted butter. Let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes.

Repeat with remaining batter.

Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat.

Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to form a thin layer.

Cook for about 1–2 minutes, flip, and cook the other side briefly.
