
Instructions
- Whisk flour, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and oil until smooth.
- Rest batter 10–20 minutes (optional but better).
- Heat a lightly oiled pan.
- Pour a thin layer of batter, swirl to coat.
- Cook until edges lift, flip, cook second side briefly.
- Fill with jam, Nutella, cottage cheese, or cinnamon sugar.
- Roll up or fold and serve.
