Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and oil until smooth.
  2. Rest batter 10–20 minutes (optional but better).
  3. Heat a lightly oiled pan.
  4. Pour a thin layer of batter, swirl to coat.
  5. Cook until edges lift, flip, cook second side briefly.
  6. Fill with jam, Nutella, cottage cheese, or cinnamon sugar.
  7. Roll up or fold and serve.
