1. Cook the Base
- Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
- Add mushrooms and sauté until they release their juices and soften.
2. Add Flavor
- Stir in paprika and flour, mix well.
- Pour in broth and milk, stirring to avoid lumps.
- Add soy sauce and dill.
3. Simmer
- Let soup simmer for 15–20 minutes, until slightly thickened.
4. Finish the Soup
- In a bowl, mix sour cream with a little hot soup (to temper).
- Stir back into the pot.
- Add lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
