
Instructions
- Heat oil and sauté onion until soft.
- Remove briefly from heat and stir in paprika.
- Add peppers and cook 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer 20–25 minutes until vegetables soften and sauce thickens.
- Add sausage if using and cook a few more minutes.
- Optional: stir in beaten eggs at the end.
- Serve hot with fresh bread.
