👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make the dough
    • Mix butter + cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add sugar, salt, vanilla.
    • Gradually mix in flour until soft dough forms.
    • Wrap and chill for 1–2 hours.
  2. Roll & cut
    • Roll dough thin (about 3–4 mm).
    • Cut into triangles or circles.
  3. Fill
    • Add a small spoon of walnut filling or jam at the wide end.
  4. Shape
    • Roll into crescent (kifli shape).
  5. Bake
    • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes
    • Until lightly golden (not dark).
  6. Finish
    • While warm, roll in powdered sugar.
