Hungarian Garlic Mushrooms (Pirított Gomba)
Ingredients
- 500 g button mushrooms, cleaned
- 3 tablespoons oil or butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Optional: a pinch of paprika
Instructions
- Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.
- Add garlic (and paprika if using) and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Finish with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot as a side dish or appetizer.
