
Instructions
- Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let stand 5–10 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and oil. Mix into a soft dough.
- Knead until smooth, then cover and let rise 1 hour.
- Divide dough into balls and flatten into rounds.
- Heat oil and fry each dough round until golden on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Top with garlic, sour cream, and cheese while warm.
