For the pastry:

For the custard filling:
- 500 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 egg yolks
- 50 g butter
For the glaze:
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp water or lemon juice
