
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion until soft.
- Add garlic and paprika, stir quickly (do not burn paprika).
- Add pork pieces and cook until lightly browned.
- Add water or broth, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and simmer 30–40 minutes until meat is tender.
- Mix sour cream with flour, then add to the pan.
- Cook 5–10 minutes until sauce becomes creamy.
Serve with noodles, rice, or dumplings (nokedli).
