
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles in boiling salted water, then drain.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cabbage.
- Sprinkle sugar and cook until cabbage is soft and lightly caramelized (10–15 minutes).
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add cooked noodles and mix well.
- Cook together for 2–3 minutes.
Serve warm (can be slightly sweet or more savory depending on taste).
