Hungarian Cabbage and Noodles (Haluski)

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions and drain.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and cook until soft.
  4. Add sliced cabbage and cook until tender and lightly browned.
  5. Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add cooked noodles and toss well with the cabbage mixture.
  7. Cook for 2–3 minutes and serve warm.
