    • Wrap ribs tightly in foil (meat side up) and place on a baking sheet.
    • Bake for 2 to 2½ hours, until tender.
  3. Make the Sauce:
    • In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, vinegar, and chili flakes.
    • Simmer for 5–8 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired.
  4. Broil for Glaze:
    • Remove ribs from foil, brush generously with sauce.
    • Broil on high for 5–7 minutes until bubbly and caramelized.

  1. Season ribs, cut into sections, and place in the crockpot.
  2. Pour sauce over ribs (mix all sauce ingredients together first).
