
🔥 Oven Instructions:
- Prep the Ribs:
- Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs if needed.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Bake (Low & Slow):
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Wrap ribs tightly in foil (meat side up) and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 2 to 2½ hours, until tender.
- Make the Sauce:
- In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, vinegar, and chili flakes.
- Simmer for 5–8 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired.
- Broil for Glaze:
- Remove ribs from foil, brush generously with sauce.
- Broil on high for 5–7 minutes until bubbly and caramelized.
🛋️ Slow Cooker Method:
- Season ribs, cut into sections, and place in the crockpot.
- Pour sauce over ribs (mix all sauce ingredients together first).
- Cook on Low for 5–6 hours or High for 3–4 hours.
- Optional: Broil for 5 minutes after cooking to caramelize the glaze.

- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted veggies.
