
🍊 Homemade Orange Jam Recipe 🍯
Easy, natural, and full of fresh orange flavor—perfect for breakfast or desserts!
🛒 Ingredients
- 1 kg (2.2 lb) oranges
- 700 g sugar (about 3½ cups)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup water
Optional:
- Orange zest (for stronger flavor)
- 1 small cinnamon stick
👩🍳 Instructions
- Wash oranges well. Peel and remove seeds. Cut oranges into small pieces.
- Place oranges and water in a pot. Cook on medium heat for 20–25 minutes until soft.
- Add sugar and lemon juice. Stir well.
- Cook on low–medium heat, stirring often, for 30–40 minutes until thick.
- Test jam: put a drop on a cold plate—if it sets, it’s ready.
- Remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
- Pour into clean, sterilized jars and seal.

- Blend slightly if you like smooth jam
- Store in the fridge up to 3 weeks
