Garlic Parmesan Roasted Pork Loin 🧄🧀

Instructions

1. Prep the pork

  1. Pat pork loin dry.
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic, parmesan, herbs, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Rub mixture all over the pork loin.

2. Roast

  1. Place pork on a baking tray or roasting pan.
  2. Roast at 190°C / 375°F for 50–60 minutes,
    or until internal temperature reaches 63°C / 145°F.
  3. Broil 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crust (optional).

3. Rest

Let the pork rest 10 minutes before slicing — this keeps it juicy.


4. Serve

Perfect with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, rice, salad, or pasta.
