
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Prep steak: Pat steak bites dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sear steak bites:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add steak in batches (don’t overcrowd) and sear 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside. - Make garlic butter:
Lower heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic to the same pan. Sauté just until fragrant (30 seconds). Return steak to pan and toss in garlic butter. Remove steak and keep warm. - Make the sauce:
In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add garlic and sauté briefly. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. - Add Parmesan:
Stir in grated Parmesan until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes or zest if desired. - Combine:
Add steak bites back into the pan. Spoon sauce over the top and sprinkle with parsley.
🍽️ Serving Ideas:
- Serve over mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, or cauliflower mash.
- Add roasted broccoli or green beans on the side.
