Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook Pasta:

  • Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook Steak Bites:

  • Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter.
  • Add steak and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  • Add garlic during the last 1 minute of cooking and toss. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3. Make Creamy Parmesan Shells:

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  • Toss in cooked pasta shells until well coated. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Combine & Serve:

  • Plate the creamy Parmesan shells and top with garlic butter steak bites.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or thyme.

💡 Tips:

  • Let steak rest a few minutes after cooking for juicier bites.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the creamiest sauce.
  • Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce for a slight kick.

If you want, I can also give you a one-pan version where the steak and pasta cook together for even faster cleanup. Do you want me to share that version?
